Containing a bar and restaurant this popular St Austell Brewery tenancy is well known for its daily Carvery, serving from 12pm-2.30pm and evening service from 6pm-9pm. The restaurant is capable of holding up to 120 covers so can also be used for special occassions or large party bookings.

 

Although well known for its daily carvery the team in the kitchen work hard in creating a daily specials menu which is updated each morning on thevicinn.com website. New recipes are developed to include traditional pies, fresh fish delights and seasonal treats and expand on the dishes that are that extra bit special, so watch out for the recipe that has inspired a Paella evening which is due to start soon.

NOMINATIONS GALORE & ONE AWARD FOR THE VICTORIA INN

A glittering awards ceremony hosted by St Austell Brewery last night, Thursday January 26, has celebrated the very best of the south west’s pub industry.

The annual Tribute Estate Awards ceremony, held at the Great Western Hotel in Newquay, gave awards in a total of 19 categories in recognition of excellence and success within the Brewery’s 170-strong pub and hotel estate.

More than 270 tenants, managers, industry sponsors and staff from St Austell Brewery’s pubs and hotels across the region came together at the Great Western Hotel to hear the winners announced.

 

The Victoria Inn, Threemilestone were awarded Marketing & Business Innovation Award for 2012. The village pub was also hightlighted by nominations in three other categories:-

• Catering Excellence of the year
• Tenants of the Year
• Wine House of the year

 

This has tribute to all the staff and management who have seen a dramatic increase in popularity over the past year & a half.

 

QUIJADA AND THE GIANT PAELLA - LATINO NIGHT

Friday 25th May sees the return of the Giant Pan Paella & Latino night at The Victoria Inn, Threemilestone.
Enjoy a menu of Spanish delights which will include Chef's special Paella recipe being made up in the middle of the restaurant.
The whole evening will be accompanied with Latino vibes featuring a special live performance from the South West based band Quijada.
There will be a chance to sample some basic Salsa steps with a short dancing lesson early in the evening.
A free open floor will also give the opportunity to dance to the band till late with support music coming from Salsa Salamanca.
A truly eventful evening for both dance lovers and food fanatics.

Tuesday means The Great Steak Night at The Victoria Inn, Threemilestone, Truro.

As well as the popular 2 Steaks for £16 choosing from Rump, Gammon or Cajun Chicken you can also choose from Marinated Lamb, Sirloin or Fish Steak - 2 for £20.
